Hello, I am Dr. Tameka Parham Taylor, the sole podiatrist of Dr. Tameka Parham Taylor, PLLC.
My academic training extends back to Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-Medicine at Alcorn State University and Master of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Mississippi. I obtained my degree in podiatric medicine from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine in 2006. Upon completion of a three-year surgical residency from Southeast Michigan Surgical Hospital in 2009, I commenced working in Metro Detroit. I have active staff and surgical privileges at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, DMC Hospitals, DMC Sinai Grace Advanced Wound Care Center, St. John Providence and St. John Moross, Henry Ford Wyandotte, Beaumont Southshore campus, Kindred and Vibra Hospitals.
I am board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. I specialize in the medical and surgical management of foot and ankle injury, fungal nails, athlete’s foot, heel pain and spurs, plantar fasciitis, warts, bunions, hammertoes, diabetic/venous and arterial ulcers.
